Colin Fox (born on November 20, 1938 in Aldershot, Ontario, Canada) is an Canadian actor who played Hobart Hume III in the Shining Time Station episode, Schemer's Special Club.
He has appeared in many films including, "Silence of the North", "My Pet Monster" and "Phantom of the Megaplex". He has also appeared in many television shows including, "Tales from the Cryptkeeper", "Alfred Hitchcock Presents", "Wind at My Back", "Law and Order" and "Goosebumps".
