Houko Kuwashima (born on December 12th, 1975 in Kanegasaki, Iwate, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress and singer who provided voices in Thomas and Friends. She is best known for voicing Fuyuki Hinata from "Sgt. Frog", Kasumi from the "Dead or Alive" series, Filia Ul Copt from "Slayers", Going Merry from "One Piece", Shanoa from the "Castlevania" series, Soi Fon from "Bleach" and Sango from "InuYasha".
