Keiko Toda (born, September 12, 1957) is a Japanese singer and actress who provided voices in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends and Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
In Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends, she voiced Thomas from seasons one to eight as well as Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
