Linda Ballantyne (born Linda Anne Ballantyne on February 14, 1964 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian voice actress who voiced Percy in Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

She, Susan Roman and Elizabeth Hanna all had roles in "The Care Bears" film series and "Sailor Moon".
She and Roman also had roles in "The Avengers: United They Stand" and "Arthur".
Both she and Hanna had roles in "Mia and Me".
