Ron Slaby, PhD (also known as, Dr. Ron Slaby) (born 1944, Ronald G. Slaby) is an American professor, developmental psychologist, research scientist and children's media advisor.
He was the series advisor for Shining Time Station and child psychology consultant for Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
From 2005 to 2021, he worked as a research associate and senior scientist for Harvard Medical School and the Boston Children's Hospital. He is currently retired and freelances for Boston Children's Hospital.
