Shinji Ogawa (born February 19th, 1941 - died March 7, 2015) was a Japanese actor who voiced characters in Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

He is best known as the dub-over artist of Michael Douglas, Dustin Hoffman, and Timothy Dalton. He also voices Dr. Faker from "Yu-Gi-Oh!", Jim Egan from "8 Simple Rules", Dr. Raichi from "Dragon Ball Z", Professor Brest from "Project Blue Earth SOS", and Genya from "Giant Robo".

He passed away on March 7, 2015 from pneumonia at the age of 74.



  • Both he and Ryōtarō Okiayu voiced Hyō from "Fist of the North Star".
  • Both he and Hiroshi Iwasaki voiced Dr. Raichi from "Dragon Ball Z".
